The STLHD Til I'm Dead Boat Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of [the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia)] who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees of Hudjohn & Hudjohn Ventures LLC (“Sponsor”), and any of their direct or indirect parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  1. TIMING:

The Sweepstakes begins on Nov 5th, 2022 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on Dec 15th  at 11:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.


Make a Qualifying Purchase:  During the Sweepstakes Period, make a purchase in store at The STLHD flagship retail store

Enter without Making a Purchase:  During the Sweepstakes Period, send a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ by 5 inches containing your name, mailing address, phone number, and age to Sponsor at: H&H OUTFITTERS SWEEPSTAKES,

. All information provided to Sponsor must be true, accurate, and complete. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All write-in entries must contain the entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

Limit: Regardless of the entry method used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of [fifty (50)] entries per eligible Entrant for the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.


On or about Dec 15th 2022, Sponsor will tally the number of eligible entries received through each referring party. One winner of a grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor shall make all decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Although approximate numeric odds of winning are not known at this time, Sponsor believes that in general, many entries will be received, but only one person will win the Grand Prize. 


The Grand Prize consists of: [boat description].  The Grand Prize is valued at up to $9,000.  The Grand Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The Grand Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as part of the prize in these Rules and prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor.

The Grand Prize winner will be required to collect the Grand Prize from

. Sponsor will not ship the Grand Prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner fails to collect the boat within three months of the Dec 15th 2022, the Grand Prize winner forfeits the Grand Prize, and Sponsor may sell the Grand Prize.


The Grand Prize winner is subject to verification by Sponsor. An Entrant is not a winner of the Sweepstakes unless and until Entrant’s eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

The Grand Prize winner will be must execute a form of Declaration of Eligibility and Release provided by Sponsor and IRS Form W-9 within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim the Grand Prize.  The Declaration of Eligibility and Release will include provisions permitting Sponsor to use Winner's name and likeness as part of Sponsor's marketing and promotional materials, as well as other provisions common to legal documents of the type used to award sweepstakes prizes as part of a sponsor's marketing and promotional efforts.

The potential winner will be required to respond to Sponsor within five (5) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim your Grand Prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to timely sign and return the Declaration, tax forms or any other requested information within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner of the Grand Prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries but is not required to do so.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Inc.,  and each of their respective direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies and each such company’s officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Grand Prize or any prize. Additionally, you acknowledge that Facebook, Inc. and Instagram, Inc. in no way sponsor, endorse, administer, or are associated with the Sweepstakes.


The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.


In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, technical problems, security malfunctions or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (1) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (2) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, no participant shall be eligible for the Grand Prize of any type.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Notwithstanding Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, entry and participation in the Sweepstakes shall constitute a full release of liability of Sponsor to the maximum possible extent under applicable law.  Each Entrant knowingly and voluntarily acknowledges and agree that this waiver is an essential and material term of these Rules and that without such waiver, Sponsor would not have accepted the entry.


Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.


As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, you give consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering or hosting this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.  Any information you provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with you in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner list. 

Separately and in addition, as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, you give consent for Sponsor to use the contact information you provide (such as email and mailing address) to send you information and promotional communications, whether relating to the Sweepstakes or to the Sponsor’s activities, services, and products in general. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s [Privacy Policy].


The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules or the prize acceptance documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision of the Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.  You agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Rules.  Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the Site and/or the terms and conditions of the Rules, the Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery
The shipping method we currently offer is UPS,USPS Priority/First class Mail. We try to ship all orders within 3-5 days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email stating so. The postal service tracking system is a bit lacking so it is very hard to give you real time tracking on your package. Please be patient.

Holiday and Weekend Shipping
If you place your order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we'll usually process your order on the next business day. Currently we do not offer weekend delivery.

International Shipping

There is a flat rate shipping charge on all items. Should additional charges apply, you will be notified before shipment.

Duties & Taxes

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by hhoutfitter.com, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to H&H Outfitters and no refund will be processed.

International Shipping Policies

  • We do not ship to International P.O. boxes
  • All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
  • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, H&H Outfitters cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
  • Our current available shipping method is through USPS, this can change at any time.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • We ship to international residential addresses only; we do not ship to businesses, hotels, motels or resorts outside of the U.S.

  • During the order verification step we may contact you by email to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order will be canceled.

Lifetime Warranty

We have a lifetime warranty on all STLHD Gear Products Starting June 13th 2022, which means if your STLHD product experiences a manufactures defect at anytime, we will either replace the item or send you a digital gift card for the purchase cost of the item.

Please read all of the info below before sending us your STLHD Product.

Examples of what is covered:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Broken snap enclosures
  • Broken zippers
  • Hem damage
  • Faulty stitching

What is not covered:

  • basic signs of wear
  • stains such as sweat or dirt
  • structural damage or weakening over time (it is natural for hats to lose their structure over their life and apparel to fade after washing multiple times and sun exposure)
  • theft or lost hats
  • intentional damage

To get the ball rolling, please email our customer service email, admin@hhoutfitter.com with the following info:

  • Name
  • Description of what is wrong with the product
  • Photos of the damage

They will be in touch via email to confirm the process. From there, you will need to send the product back to us. To do this, please use the box it originally came in or a box of similar size.

Please do not use an envelope or a box that is too small for the product as that will cause additional damage to the product and is unfixable. This damage is not covered by the warranty.

Please clean your product before sending it to us. Any noticeably dirty, sweaty or nasty product may be rejected, and returned to sender.

We suggest using the USPS and shipping via First Class mail. It is a very cheap & effective way to mail product.

USA Orders: If it is within 30 days of receiving your product from us, and your product experiences an issue, we will cover shipping both ways. If after 30 days, or you are not the original owner, you will have to cover shipping to us.

International Orders: You must cover your own return shipping.

Any product that is no longer available will be replaced with a digital gift card for the purchase price of the original product.

If you send us a limited edition, collaboration or discontinued products, we will send you a digital gift card.

Typical returns will take up to 2-4 weeks.

We reserve the right to decline warranty requests based on fraudulent, repeated or intentional damage.


If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund up to 30 days after your order is received. When returned, items must be in like new, unworn condition. Orders after this 30-day window cannot be returned for a cash refund. A $5 restocking fee applies.

  • Returns must be returned within 30 days of date shown on invoice.
  • All returns incur a $5.00 restocking fee of the items being returned. 
  • Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.
  • Customer pays shipping cost for the return package unless an error was made in order fulfillment.
  • The return package should be sent via a shipping method with tracking service and delivery confirmation to protect against damage, loss or theft, as refunds are otherwise unable to be provided for any items that are lost or damaged in the return shipment.
  • Credit for returned items may be refunded back only to the original form of payment.
  • Item(s) received as gifts may be returned; however, credit for returns may be applied only to the original form of payment.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.

Advocacy Groups. Our involvement.
We get asked quite often what our stance is on advocacy issues. We believe that the outdoors should be enjoyed by all who choose to participate and as long as folks adhere to the rules put in place by the governing offices in charge, we support their right to do so.

We understand that certain species are protected and agree that measures should be taken to lessen our impact as hunters and anglers. Proper fish handling and wildlife management are an essential part of ensuring our wild places are enjoyed by generations to come.

Unfortunately, the divisive nature of conservation efforts, groups and their stances make it difficult for us as a business to support advocacy groups financially and stay inline with our customers values. In our personal lives, our employees and owners are free to support whomever they choose but, as a business we do not align with any conservation groups nor do we donate to them. everyone has their own opinion on what constitutes a "conservation group". We choose to take action ourselves and support habitat projects that benefit all species. We adopted a six mile stretch of the famed Rogue River here in Oregon and perform river clean ups regularly. 

The reality is that our customer base spans a wide spectrum of outdoors person and it is our duty and mission to be inclusive and not exclusive. Advocacy is a touchy subject and we wish it was easier for us as a business to lean one way or another but our customers are the life blood of our business and we have duty to include all who seek to enjoy the outdoors regardless of politics or special interest. Follow the rules and use your best judgement. That's our stance.

We do however support groups and initiatives that promote involving children in hunting and fishing and veterans groups who help our wounded warriors cope with life after service. We support these organizations through donations of goods and services as well as financial donations.

We have adopted a stretch of the Rogue River in Oregon and schedule clean ups
